Consistency & Positivity over Pressure & Burnout

It’s easy to view our ‘failures’ over our successes, and frame our entire lives in ‘cant,’ ‘couldn’t,’ and ‘didn’t.’ These negatives have a flipside. What about the things we can, could, and did? Framing our lives in positivity only leads to further positivity. It’s important to remember that happiness is a state of being, not a reaction to stimulus. This post is a reminder of that for us all.
